Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle orders, delivery, and related timelines.
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days of confirmation, subject to stock availability.
- During peak seasons, sales, or product launches, order processing may take slightly longer.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another email or SMS once it’s shipped.
2. Can I Modify My Shipping Address or cancel the order before Shipment?
Orders may only be Modified or cancelled within 3 hours of placement. Cancellations are not permitted once the order has been processed or shipped.
3. How long until my order arrives?
Orders shipped within India are typically delivered in 1-4 business days to metro areas and 4-7 business days to other locations, subject to variations based on shipping address, public holidays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
4. How to Track My Order?
Order tracking becomes available once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. You will receive an email notification with the tracking details, and you may also monitor the shipment directly on the courier partner’s website.
5. What if my order remains undelivered?
For prepaid orders, if delivery fails and the product is returned to us by the courier partner, we will process a refund of the purchase amount, which will typically reflect in your account within 5-7 business days of initiation.
6. Is there any fees for cancellation?
No, cancellations within the eligible timeframe do not incur any charges.
7. What if my order shows as delivered but I haven’t received it?
If your package status shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at strae.thred@gmail.com or call 9289870450. Our team will investigate the matter promptly upon receiving your details.
Please report any delivery discrepancies within 3 days of the stated delivery date to enable us to assist effectively and raise a dispute with the courier partner on your behalf. Claims reported after this period may not be actionable.
8. Shipping Coverage
We ship across India, subject to pin code serviceability by our courier partners. If your pin code is not serviceable, we will contact you to explore alternative delivery options or process a refund at our discretion.
9. Shipping Partners
We partner with trusted courier services including Blue Dart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, and India Post for deliveries.
10. Estimated Delivery Time
Metro Cities: 1–4 business days
Other Cities / Towns: 4–7 business days
Remote or Rural Areas: Up to 12 business days
Please note: Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier capacity, weather conditions, strikes, or other factors beyond our control.
11. Shipping Charges
We provide complimentary shipping to all customers with no additional courier or shipping charges. In short Shipping is free
12. Address Accuracy
Customers must verify their shipping address, contact number, and pincode prior to checkout. Strae Thred shall not be liable for delays, non-delivery, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
13. Delayed or Lost Orders
While we strive for timely deliveries, shipments may experience delays due to courier limitations or external factors beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within 15 business days, please contact us at strae.thred@gmail.com with your order number for assistance.
14. Damaged Packages
If you receive a damaged or tampered package:
- Take clear photos of the package and product.
- Do not discard the packaging.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at strae.thred@gmail.com for assistance.
We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund upon verification.
15. International Shipping
Currently we do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned — we’ll be expanding globally soon!
