If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help you through our easy return and refund process.
1. No Questions Asked Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- We offer a “No Questions Asked” return policy, allowing customers to return products within 3 days of delivery without the need to provide a reason, provided the items are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- We offer a reverse pick-up service for most pin codes. However, if your pin code is not covered under our reverse pick-up policy, you’ll need to self-ship the product(s) to us.
- For hygiene reasons, we may decline returns if the item appears to be worn, washed, or soiled. If you’ve received a defective item, share clear images with us at Strae.thred@gmail.com, and our team will assist you. Once the issue is confirmed, your refund will be processed to your Bank or UPI account.
- Gift wrapping charges are non-refundable in case of returns.
- To uphold our strict hygiene standards, we do not accept returns for certain product categories, including but not limited to masks, boxers, shorts, caps, sweat-activated t-shirts, and socks. Strae Thred reserves the right to modify, without prior notice, the list of products or categories covered under this policy.
- The item should be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- The product should have all original tags, packaging, and invoice intact.
- Customers are requested to securely pack returned items to prevent any loss or damage during transit. We reserve the right to reject returns that arrive damaged due to inadequate packaging.
2.How to Initiate a Return Request?
To initiate an exchange or return, please follow the steps below:
- Contact us on strae.thred@gmail.com or whatsapp on 9289870450
- Share the Photos of the product if received in damaged or Torn Condition
- We will get back to you with the Reverse pickup details.
- In case your pin-code is unserviceable for a reverse pick-up, you will be prompted to change the address and pin-code.
- Refunds for serviceable pin codes will be facilitated through a designated courier partner who will collect the returned product(s) directly from your doorstep at no additional cost.
- Upon receipt of the returned products, we will inspect them for compliance with our return policy.
- Once the Product is found in good condition refunds shall be credited to the original purchaser’s Bank Account or UPI within 5-7 business days. No refunds will be issued to third-party accounts
3.What if my product is picked up but I haven’t received the refund?
To initiate a return:
- If 8 or more days have passed since the courier partner picked up your return and the refund is not reflected in your account, please contact us at strae.thred@gmail.com. We will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns
Returns qualify for free pickup by our courier partner at no additional shipping cost to the customer, provided the pin code is serviceable under our policy.
5. Product returned was purchased on discount. Will I receive a full refund?
No, refunds for discounted products will be limited to the exact amount paid at the time of purchase.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different size or product, please return the original item and place a new order.
7. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Items purchased on sale or clearance
- Customized or personalized products
- Damaged products due to misuse or improper handling by the buyer post delivery
- Returns raised after 3 days from the date of delivery are not accepted.
8. Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled within 3 hours of placement. Cancellations are not permitted once the order has been processed or shipped.
